Contributing as a motion graphics designer for SNL’s film unit has been an experience like no other. SNL’s pre-taped sketches, commercial parodies, shorts, and film trailers have expanded in genre, budget, and scope for 50 years. The sketches are usually taped on Friday before a talented group of VFX artists, animators, designers and editors spend Saturday handling the full scope of requests you would get on a large budget feature.   Participating is a master class in film production.  Here are a few of my favorite contributions, showcasing zippy comedic timing.
